Ridhima is the Director of Mentorica Institute of Softs Skills. At a very young age she dons many hats, as an entrepreneur, a soft skills trainer and an image consultant.

She is an alumni and merit holder from the Warwick Business School, UK, where, while executing the duties as the Secretary of the Student-Teacher Liaison Committee, she recognized, the importance of soft skills like PUBLIC SPEAKING, and how lack of soft skills hampers student’s overall personality and holds them back from growing and seizing opportunities.

With a vision that all students in India; irrespective of their financial background; should get access to soft skills and personality development training, Ridhima has been working tirelessly for the past 3 years towards developing world-class soft skills training programs that are not only affordable but transformational.

To further this endeavour, she along with her team of Industry experts at Mentorica, have developed India’s 1st and only Online Training Program Platform that is dedicated to Soft Skills and Personality Development.

To her credit, Ridhima has also conceptualized and hosts a virtual series called MENTOR MONDAYS. Each episode allows budding professionals and young graduates to deep dive into the minds of achievers.
